To future clients, I have created this policy and procedure to ensure the process will be easy and things will be clear and understood. Every cleaning is different some clients may be out of town, some may have pets, and so on.
*Normally I don't need to come to your home to give an estimate. I will ask a series of questions to give a price range of what the cost would be.
a)Do you have pets or were there any pets in the home?
b)How many bedrooms and baths?
c)Are there any other rooms such as a playroom, office, workout room, etc?
In some cases the home has to be seen first, depends on the condition.
Each client must give an accurate description of the home meaning the amount of bedrooms, extra rooms, etc. And if the info ISNT CORRECT when we arrive the price will change accordingly.
*We love our furry animals but we cannot clean while they are running around. No pets running around while we are cleaning.
*No other crews working while we are cleaning. We would have to go over the cleaning again.
*In the event that a customer may not be fully satisfied with their cleaning, "OUR WORK IS GUARANTEED" but the client MUST contact us within 24 hours of the initial cleaning. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO YOUR HOME WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD TO GO OVER IT.
IF A CUSTOMER HAS SPECIFIC PREFERENCE OF THE TYPE OF CLEANER THEY WOULD LIKE USED, THE CUSTOMER MUST PURCHASE THE CLEANER THEMSELVES.
There are two different types of cleanings a deep cleaning which will include baseboards, appliances (refrigerator as long as its empty) and windows. Then there is a general cleaning without the baseboards, windows, and appliances. But each client is always free to tailor the list as they choose.
WE DO NOT WASH WALLS OR CLEAN CARPETS!!!!
***WE DO NOT CLEAN OCCUPIED REFRIGERATORS AND OCCUPIED KITCHEN CABINETS, MOST CLIENTS PREFER US TO NOT HANDLE THEIR FOOD.
***WE DO NOT OPEN WINDOWS WHEN WE CLEAN THEM. WE ONLY CLEAN THE INSIDE, WHICH WOULD BE THE INSIDE OF WINDOW SEAL AND GLASS.
***IF THE CLIENT WOULD LIKE THE INSIDE OF LIGHT GLOBE CLEANED IT MUST BE TAKEN DOWN BY THE CLIENT. WE DO NOT UNSCREW LIGHT GLOBES.
WE DO NOT SCRAPE FLOORS OR CLEAN GROUT. WE DO SWEEP AND MOP.
***IF THERE IS A CHECKLIST WE WILL LIKE TO BE INFORMED.
***WE DO NOT CLEAN SINGLE ROOMS IN THE HOME, THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF ROOMS IS THREE.
PAYMENT IS DUE EITHER BEFORE OR AT THE END OF SERVICE IF CLIENT WILL BE THERE TO DO WALK THROUGH. WE TAKE CASH, CASH APP PAYMENTS, DEBIT OR CREDIT. WE ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS FROM RECURRING CLIENTS.
FOR OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE CLEANING, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
